Position Summary
- A Shift Supervisor is a key leader supporting the CVS Store Management team in driving store execution and performance while building consumer loyalty to CVS/pharmacy.
- When there is no manager or Operations Supervisor onsite, the Shift Supervisor leads the store staff and ensures smooth store operations.
- Responsible for completion of all opening and closing procedures.
- Management:
Work effectively with store management and crew; assign, direct, and follow up on tasks; supervise crew. - Communicate information both to and from store management and crews.
- Customer Service:
Assist customers with questions, problems, and complaints; promote CVS customer service culture (greet, offer help, thank); handle all customer relations issues per company policy and promote a positive experience. - Merchandise & Presentation:
Merchandise/presentation; price merchandise; stock shelves; execute displays, signage and inventory of weekly, promotional and seasonal merchandise; execute display and maintenance of off‑shelf merchandise; reset departments following POGs.
- Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
- Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, overtime and respond to urgent issues.
- Experience as a retail supervisor.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred, but not required.

Hours:
20 - Time Type:
Part-time - Pay Range: $17.00 - $26.00 per hour (base hourly rate, may vary based on experience, education, geography and other factors).
