** location is set to open its doors in
** early May 2026**, and we are beginning the hiring process now. We will be reviewing applications and interviewing on a rolling basis, allowing us to adjust start dates to fit your schedule and business needs. To get you started on the right foot, this position includes a required
** in-person training period at our Le Sueur, MN
** facility before transitioning to your permanent role in Randolph.
* Perform preventive maintenance tasks on processing equipment, including crushers, screens, conveyors, mills, and other machinery, according to established schedules and procedures.
* Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and system failures, and perform corrective maintenance and repairs in a timely and effective manner.
* Assist with the installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
* Assist in the maintenance and repair of mobile equipment, including loaders, trucks, and rail equipment.
* Inspect equipment for defects, wear, and damage, and perform necessary repairs or replacements.
* Operate a variety of hand and power tools, as well as diagnostic equipment, to perform maintenance tasks.
* Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment inspections, and repairs.
* Ensure that all maintenance activities are performed in compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies.
* Assist in the management of spare parts inventory, ensuring that items used are properly checked out. Critical parts are readily available.
* Document all maintenance activities accurately and completely in the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).
* Participate in safety meetings, training programs, and emergency response drills.
* Maintain a clean and organized work area.
* Perform other duties as assigned by the Maintenance and Automation Manager.
* Technical degree in related field,
* 2+ years of experience in industrial maintenance setting
* Strong knowledge of programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and human-machine interfaces (HMIs).
* Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, control diagrams, and technical manuals.
* Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing automated systems and equipment.
* Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, as well as automation control systems (PLCs, HMIs).
* Strong understanding of industrial sensors, actuators, and control devices.
* Basic welding skills
* Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices related to automation systems.
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Basic computer proficiency for programming and documentation.
* Ability to acquire and retain all necessary safety certifications

* Education:
** High school diploma or equivalent
*
* Experience:
** 2+ years of experience in maintenance preferred
