The Town of Randolph Department of Public Works seeks a qualified, motivated individual to serve as a full-time Motor Equipment Operator. This position performs skilled manual work of a responsible nature operating various heavy or light machinery, performing maintenance and minor repairs, and assisting with manual labor duties like loading/unloading trucks, roadwork, and public works maintenance in accordance with health and safety regulations, policies and procedures, and local/federal/state requirements.

Candidates should possess a High School diploma/GED and one to three (1-3) years of experience in operating heavy motor equipment; or any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the essential functions of the job. Valid Massachusetts Class D Driver's License and a safe driving record. Valid Massachusetts Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with airbrake and tanker endorsements.
Salary: $32.55 per hour plus excellent benefits.
