The individual reports to the Senior Vice President of Academic Affairs, Workforce Development & Student Success and is responsible for performing administrative duties for the Senior Vice President. In addition, this individual is responsible for maintaining the day-to-day operations of the Senior Vice President’s Office. The duties are primarily administrative, but also include special projects, problem solving, and researching problems under consideration.
Maintains a high level of confidentiality in performing all duties, especially in managing student and personnel issues.
A minimum of four years’ experience in an upper-level administrative position
Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and typing of 55-65 wpm required.
An Associates Degree required;
Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
