Corporate Communications & Administrator
Our client is a global leader in supplying products that service healthcare, hospitality and food solutions. They are seeking to hire a Corporate Communications & Administrator responsible for providing administrative support to executive leadership while supporting corporate communication and business initiatives. Manage the organization’s philanthropic efforts, maintaining relationships with non-profit partners and ensuring values this role, you will manage the record-keeping of company events, trips and business travel which includes any notes/communication and photos.
Thisrole reports to an office M-F. Responsibilities:
- Support the CEO of the company in administrative duties and projects
- Create corporate communications regarding business initiatives and goals ensuring writing is professional and articulate
- Establish and maintain relationships with nonprofit partners, contributing to charitable programs ensuring organization’s values align
- Support the successful execution of corporate events
- Assist with corporate event and charity communications; following up as needed
- Keep record of company events, trips and business travel to include notes/ communication for executives and photos
- Manage multiple projects across internal depts.; prioritize and meet each deadline
- Bachelor’s Degree in in Business Administration, Communications or related
- Min. 5+ years of Corporate Communications and/or Administrative Support experience
- Experience with philanthropic / charity work
- Strong Computer skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Google Drive required)
- Experience with graphic design software (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, etc.) a plus
- Experience with a Mac computer and proficiency in Apple products; knowledgeable on airdropping files and photos
- Strong time management and organizational skills with a focus on execution
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; able to work effectively with senior leaders and cross-functional teams
- Proven track record of managing projects in a fast-paced environment
- Base Salary $75,000 - $85,000 (based on experience)
