Customer Service Rep
As a Service and Parts operator, this position entails answering phones, taking messages from customers, making appointments, and other clerical duties. The ideal candidate will be able to communicate effectively with both customers and employees. You must have clear and courteous communication skills and accuracy in relaying information about prices, vehicles, parts, and services. You must be proficient in your ability to use computers and their various programs.

- Direct customer calls to the desired or appropriate person/department.
- Schedule service appointments.
- Answer customer questions about the status of repairs and hours of operation.
- Record receipts and other transactions throughout the shift.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the workday
- Reliable and steady work performance required
- Self-motivated
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing
- High school or equivalent
- Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
- Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
