Job Summary
All faculty positions have as their primary objective to create a dynamic teaching/learning environment while contributing service to the college. Responsibilities include teaching assigned courses and following the course description and outline established by the department. Teaching schedules may include day/evening courses and hybrid instruction. Additional activities may include departmental initiatives and other duties as authorized.
Qualifications – Education
Bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited institution in an appropriate discipline with industry experience. Culinary Arts degree, a Master’s, or relevant licensure preferred.
Qualifications – Experience
Prior college, university, or industrial teaching and Culinary Arts experience preferred, along with evidence of scholarly and/or professional activities.
Qualifications – Skills
Demonstrated knowledge of the discipline, including current developments and technologies. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
