Elementary Cafeteria / Recess Aide

Randolph Township Schools is a high performing (PreK - 12) school district located in Morris County, New Jersey. We educate 4,300 students in our four (4) elementary schools, middle school and high school. Our district is hiring for an elementary cafeteria / recess aide. This part-time position is available with the start of the 2026 - 2027 school year. Duties (not an exhaustive list):

  • Supervise and assist students during lunch and recess.
  • Assist with cleanup following lunch periods.
  • Distribute and collect playground supplies.
  • Report injuries to the school nurse and classroom teachers.
  • Report any concerns or disciplinary incidents to the building administration.

Compensation: $17.50 hourly (3.5 hours per day)

Benefits:
This hourly / part-time position is not eligible for medical or dental benefits. Sick days included - allotment of sick days will be prorated based on start date.
