Part-Time CTE Campus Internship Coordinator

Position Summary

Part‑time CTE Campus‑based Internship Coordinator. Salary: $25/hour. Funding:
Grant‑funded. Department:
Career Services. Supports students in career and technical education programs who participate in credit and noncredit experiential learning and internships on campus.

The Coordinator will collaborate closely with Career & Transfer Services to provide job preparation skills to students in Perkins‑eligible programs. Responsibilities include assessment for job readiness, career exploration, navigation, coaching, and training on job preparation skills. The goal is to increase campus‑based experiential learning for CTE students, expanding upon and utilizing skills acquired through their programs.

• Associate’s degree.

• At least two years’ experience in business operations, career services, or a related field.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate and manage in‑person and web‑based career programs and services.
• Strong human‑relations skills, team orientation, and supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to work with students, faculty, and employers to build relationships and improve effectiveness.
