Job SummaryThe Success Coach will work with the Career Pathways Coordinator to increase enrollment, experiential learning, and student success for individuals enrolled in AI career pathways, including both credit and noncredit alternatives. The coach will interact and collaborate with employers and community‑based partners regarding AI initiatives and trends in the workplace. Responsibilities include providing mentoring and career counseling, resume‑writing assistance, interview preparation, as well as job coaching and placement support for students in internships and other employment opportunities.
Qualifications– Education
- Minimum of an associate degree; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Knowledge and interest in AI applications in operational environments.
- Familiarity with apprenticeship programs preferred.
- Demonstrated planning and proficiency in use of Microsoft Office products.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to coordinate and manage in‑person and web‑based information sessions involving AI in the workplace.
10:00–3:00, with some flexibility.
