Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

A privately held consumer products manufacturer/distributor is seeking a hands-on CFO to lead its accounting and finance function. The CFO will oversee financial reporting, close, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, banking relationships, audit support, and financial planning. The ideal CFO will come from a product-based business such as manufacturing, consumer products, distribution, CPG, or a similar inventory-driven environment. This is a practical CFO role for someone who can operate strategically while staying close to the details, improve reporting discipline, and bring structure to a lean finance team.

Experience with inventory, costing, gross margins, working capital, lender reporting, and cash forecasting will be important. The CFO will work closely with the CEO and ownership group and serve as a key financial advisor to the business.
