At our state-of-the-art Burnsville, MN facility, you arrive to a clean, organized production floor where precision matters. You review the day’s build plan, set up the required equipment, and run initial checks to confirm everything is operating at peak performance. As batches move through, you keep a close eye on process parameters, make thoughtful adjustments to hold tight quality targets, and document every step for full traceability.

When a hiccup appears, you team up with peers to troubleshoot quickly and get production flowing again. Throughout the shift you keep your area spotless, follow safety protocols to the letter, and share your know-how with newer teammates.

Core responsibilities
  • Prepare, configure, and operate a range of manufacturing machinery to meet scheduled output.
  • Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance to sustain optimal equipment performance.
  • Continuously monitor line conditions and make in-process corrections to maintain quality standards.
  • Partner with colleagues to diagnose and resolve production issues promptly.
  • Record production measurements and maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation.
  • Apply safety procedures and keep the work area orderly and compliant.
  • Assist with onboarding and training of new team members on equipment and processes.
What you bring
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification is a plus.
  • Background in manufacturing or a hands-on technical role .
  • Strong mechanical aptitude with solid problem-solving instincts.
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work well in a team setting.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
  • Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting.
  • Flexibility to work variable hours, including overtime when needed.
