Sales Representative – 9 Middlebury Boulevard, Randolph, New Jersey 07869 – Tru Green is hiring on an ongoing basis.

• Be the welcoming face out in the neighborhood, meeting homeowners face‑to‑face.
• Understand each homeowner’s needs and deliver custom lawn‑care solutions that build trust and satisfaction.
• Engage with new and existing customers through door‑to‑door outreach, using professionalism, energy, and a positive attitude.
• Customize sales messaging to match the unique lawn‑care needs of each household.
• Turn “just looking” into “just signed” using a proven sales methodology and processes.
• Log interactions and track performance using a CRM to measure activity and follow‑through.
• Cross‑sell and upsell with precision, showing customers how to level up their lawns.

• High school diploma or GED required – a strong emphasis on people skills and drive to succeed.
• Previous sales or customer‑service experience is a plus, but passion and hustle are above all.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Strong communication skills, from small talk to closing talks, that are smart and sincere.
• Solid time‑management skills and a self‑starter mindset.
• Comfortable with technology and mobile devices – you’ll be using an app, not coding.
• Physically able to walk, stand, and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds while working outdoors.
• Ability to speak, read, and write fluently in English, and be located in the United States.

• Competitive base pay plus uncapped commissions, with average earnings of $875 – $1,200perweek.

Base pay ranges from $31,820to $65,865annually, depending on qualifications, experience, and other factors. The upper end of the range is reserved for candidates with extensive experience.
