You will be based in Randolph, NJ, working a typical Monday‑Friday schedule from 7:00am until the route is completed, usually around 4:00pm. On winter days the schedule may extend beyond 4:00pm. You will not have night or weekend shifts. The starting hourly rate is $22‑$23, with potential adjustments after the interview.

• Complete pre‑trip and post‑trip truck inspections and follow all traffic rules.
• Safely deliver batteries on‑time to auto customers and dealers following the assigned route.
• Maintain clean customer rack displays with accurate inventory and rotate batteries using a first‑in, first‑out rule based on battery age.
• Collect used batteries (cores) when required.
• Use friendly, outgoing communication to build relationships, address customer issues, and educate on new products.
• Use handheld devices to print tickets and input data as needed.
• Ensure customer payments are collected or that they are current on payment plans.
• Perform physical labor such as lifting and carrying heavy batteries during 15‑20 stops daily.
• Safely operate non‑CDL trucks for 8‑10 hours per day, depending on route.
• Develop expertise on battery types and customer needs.

• Reliable, punctual, with a clean driving record and ability to pass a driving history check (5 years accident free, 3years without moving violations).
• Must meet schedule requirements, including overtime expectations.
• At least 21 years of age and have or be able to obtain a valid DOT medical card.
• Minimum one year of experience driving non‑CDL commercial trucks (vans, box trucks, or similar).
• Exceptional people skills, communication, focus, and organization.
• Able to lift and carry up to 70pounds regularly.
• Comfortable using handheld computers, tablets, and smartphones.
• Willing to wear required personal protective equipment.
• High school diploma or equivalent education.
