Responsibilities
- Coordinate and maintain records of all outgoing POD shipments from start to finish.
- Prepare shipping documents, bill of lading, and related paperwork for floor staff.
- Monitor wave and group data entry into the automation system (Numina) for immediate shipments.
- Communicate transfer order failures, inventory and removal step issues, and carrier status to relevant personnel via email.
- Resolve inventory-related issues in conjunction with the warehouse inventory management team to support the wave process.
- Schedule carriers for pick‑up, manage daily ready‑to‑ship reports, and research outstanding orders to keep reports current.
- Track and prove delivery status, file carrier claims, and monitor failed delivery reports.
- Assist the Department Supervisor/Manager and other shipping coordinators as required.
- Maintain an organized workspace, monitor office equipment (copiers, label printers), and pull‑up product orders from SAP following program procedures.
- High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred).
- Minimum of 2+ years experience in a general office environment.
- Strong proficiency with MS Office applications, primarily Word and Excel.
- SAP order entry/order processing experience desirable.
- Automation /Numina system experience desirable.
- Prior experience with maintaining database integrity desirable.
- Experience & knowledge of “RF” inventory systems a plus.
- Previous 5S or Six Sigma background a plus.
- Excellent data entry skills, interpersonal and communication skills, time management skills, strong customer focus, and careful attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to establish and maintain productive and effective interactions with multiple departments, manage multiple tasks, work independently within deadlines, and maintain an organized workspace.
Hourly Rate: $19.00 – $21.00.
