As the Director, you’ll oversee the heart of our center, guiding teachers, mentoring staff, and working closely with families to create a nurturing, innovative space where children thrive. If you have a passion for education, leadership, and community, this is the role for you!

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, or a related field (coursework in school administration a plus).
• DCFS Director qualifications for childcare centers are a must.
• 3+ years of leadership experience in early childhood education, with a strong understanding of DCFS regulations.
• A true mentor at heart, excited to support and guide teachers to grow professionally.
• Excellent communication skills in English and English.
• Tech-savvy, with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and database management.

• Competitive Salary: $57,000 - $67,000 per year, depending on experience.
