Your Mission: As a Preschool Teacher, you’ll be the spark that ignites a love of learning in young children! You’ll create and lead interactive, hands-on educational experiences that keep kids excited and engaged. From developing unique lesson plans to celebrating those ‘aha’ moments, you’ll be making a real difference in their lives—and loving every second of it!
What We’re Looking For:- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education (or related field).
- Gateways Level 5 or PEL Licensure.
- Previous experience working with preschoolers in a classroom setting.
- A deep understanding of Early Childhood Development, and a passion for guiding little ones through their first learning milestones.
- Creativity and energy to bring an exciting curriculum and lesson plans to life in fun, hands-on ways!
- Excellent communication skills — both written and verbal.
- The ability to create a positive, inclusive classroom where every child feels safe, valued, and inspired to learn.
- Knowledge and experience with early intervention is a plus!

Competitive pay: $21.00 - $30.00 per hour
Monthly Gas Stipend for those living outside Rantoul (as determined by the Director)
