RTHS is seeking a Secondary Science Teacher to join our team for the school year. RTHS offers multiple levels of science classes including honors, and AP. RTHS is described as a small urban school in a rural setting. RTHS has a very diverse student body that is celebrated as strength of the school. The faculty and staff works within a collaborative culture.

Requirements

Illinois teacher licensure with the appropriate endorsements.

Salary/Benefits

Salary and benefits can be found in the Collective Bargaining Agreement s193.org. A new teacher mentoring program is well established. RTHS pays 100% of the employee's health care and vision premiums. RTHS offers tutition reimbursment for work towards an advanced degree. A relocation reimbursement is available.
