Responsibilities- Coordinate and facilitate new hire orientation.
- Manage staff using the national online learning management system.
- Maintain training files for all staff members.
- Schedule training for staff members.
- Provide supplemental training as required by State and local requirements.
- Administer the formulation and implementation of staff training programs.
- Develop staff training plans and schedule training for all Lincoln’s Challenge Academy staff.
- Evaluate staff performance to determine specific gaps and training needs.
- Coordinate time and place for all staff training.
- Design and deliver comprehensive training programs focused on at‑risk youth needs, including de‑escalation tactics and crisis intervention.
- Provide feedback on behavior management strategies.
- Knowledge, skill, and mental development equivalent to completion of two years college and one year administrative experience.
- Working knowledge of the methods and techniques of developing and conducting programs.
- Ability to establish and maintain satisfactory working relationships with employees, public officials, and the public.
