What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, or a related field (coursework in school administration a plus).
- DCFS Director qualifications for childcare centers are a must.
- 3+ years of leadership experience in early childhood education, with a strong understanding of DCFS regulations.
- A true mentor at heart, excited to support and guide teachers to grow professionally.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Tech-savvy, with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and database management.
