Position

Operator – extrusion operator responsible for operating and monitoring equipment that converts PVC resin into finished pipes. This position plays a critical role in ensuring product quality and maintaining efficient production.

Night shift schedule: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM, rotating schedule. Various shifts available.

• Set up and operate PVC extrusion machinery according to production specifications.
• Monitor production parameters including temperature, pressure, and extrusion rate.
• Make adjustments to equipment settings as needed to maintain product quality.
• Perform quality checks on finished pipes to ensure they meet dimensional and structural requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve minor equipment issues.
• Document production data and maintain accurate records.
• Assist with material handling, including loading raw materials and packaging finished products.
• Clean and maintain equipment according to preventative maintenance schedules.
• Follow all safety procedures and wear appropriate protective equipment.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals.

High School diploma or equivalent.

1–4 years of relevant experience preferred.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred.
  
  Mechanical aptitude and ability to learn technical processes.
• Basic math skills and ability to read measuring instruments.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
