As an Advanced Production Technician, you will play a vital role in operating our conveying and drying equipment, ensuring a consistent supply of raw materials for our Injection machines. We Offer- Set Schedules: Enjoy 12-hour shifts with a rotating 2-week schedule of 3 days on and 4 days off, totaling only 15 working days a month as a full-time associate!

- Report any food safety issues to authorized personnel for prompt action.
- Operate dryers and relevant equipment, ensuring an uninterrupted flow of materials to the injection machines.
- Carry out preventative maintenance and minor mechanical repairs.
- Perform regular checks and readings, actively monitoring material flows.
- Provide functional guidance to line Utilities as needed.
- Ability to work nights: 6:45 pm - 7:15 am on a rotating schedule of 3 days on, 2 days off, 2 days on, and 3 days off, enabling 2 weekends off per month with a 3‑day weekend!
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in operating manufacturing machines & equipment.
- Strong mechanical skills demonstrated through related experience.
- Basic knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics & electrical mechanics.
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems efficiently.
- Familiarity with using computer applications.
- Capacity to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.
- $21‑23 an hour, depending on experience.
- Night shift workers receive a shift differential of $1.00.
