Position: Sales Development Representative -- KEWDC5714431

The Sales Development Representative (In-Field) acts as the first point of contact for restaurant partners in local markets. This role focuses on building face-to-face relationships with independent and regional restaurants, educating them on Door Dash’s value proposition, and securing qualified meetings for Outside Account Executives. The position is ideal for individuals who enjoy being on the road, thrive in in-person interactions, and are motivated by measurable performance goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visit a high volume of restaurant prospects within an assigned territory to introduce Door Dash
  • Identify restaurant owners or key decision-makers and build trust through in-person conversations
  • Present a clear and compelling pitch on how Door Dash helps restaurants grow orders and reach new customers
  • Secure and book qualified meetings for the Outside Sales team
  • Accurately log visits, conversations, and outcomes in Salesforce and other sales tools
  • Collaborate with Outside Account Executives on target accounts and follow-up strategies
  • Plan and manage daily routes to maximize productivity and meeting conversions
  • Follow up with merchants via phone, text, and email to confirm meetings
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets related to meetings and revenue impact
  • Gather merchant feedback and share insights to improve sales strategy and products
