• Provide extraordinary customer service by being compassionate and understanding customers’ needs.

• Assist leaders with store operations and duties.
• Achieve sales goals and KPIs, which can lead to bonus payments.
• Participate in outside sales events, community engagements, or promotional activities as required.

• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Clear communication skills, positive attitude, and technical aptitude.
• Commitment to exemplary customer service, honesty, and integrity.
• Retail sales experience helpful but not required.
• Minimum age 18 and legally able to work in the United States without restrictions.
• Ability to work at least 32 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong social media presence preferred.
• Reliable transportation and residence within 30 minutes of the home store location.
• Ability to operate a personal computer.
• Maintain a neat and professional appearance in accordance with the Team Color policy.

• Ability to lift up to 10 pounds.
• Ability to bend, squat, and stretch for inventory and stocking tasks.
• Capacity to stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and follow instructions to completion.
• Problem‑solving under pressure.
