Qualifications:
  • Valid Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with School Social Work endorsement required
  • Prior experience with IEP and 504 plan service delivery preferred
  • Familiarity with behavioral supports and social-emotional interventions
  • Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
  • Adaptability and enthusiasm for working in dynamic school environments
Responsibilities:
  • Deliver mandated social work services per IEP and 504 plans
  • Provide Tier II/III behavioral and social-emotional interventions for general education students
  • Manage a caseload of 15-20 students, depending on splits
  • Collaborate with school staff and families to support student development
  • Maintain detailed documentation and contribute to team meetings
