Accounting Manager

Now build one. We're partnering with a unicorn-valued, venture-backed AI manufacturing company in El Segundo that just closed a nine-figure raise. They want a Big 4-trained Accounting Manager to help build the accounting function behind their hypergrowth.

• Own the month-end and year-end close, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements under US GAAP
• Build and improve accounting policies, processes, and controls for a multi-site manufacturing operation
• Drive inventory and cost accounting, fixed assets, and revenue recognition (ASC 606)
• Lead the external audit relationship. You've been on the other side, so you know exactly what auditors need.
• Write technical accounting memos and help get the company audit-ready and IPO-ready
• Partner with FP&A, operations, and leadership as the company scales

• CPA (active)
• Big 4 audit experience (Deloitte, PwC, EY, or KPMG), current or former, at the Senior Associate, Manager, or Senior Manager level
• Strong US GAAP knowledge; manufacturing, industrial, or high-growth experience is a plus
