Overall Responsibilities of the Facilities Coordinator:
• Supports Facilities Department operations through support and maintenance of various systems.
• Meets or exceeds Member service expectations.
• Works well with other team members.
• Adheres to Hart Ranch Camping Resort Employee (HRCR) Handbook and Employee Safety Manual.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
The Facilities Coordinator will:
• Maintain office services by organizing office operations and procedures, controlling correspondence, utilizing filing systems, and performing various clerical functions.
• Complete Purchase Orders with attached invoices within 24 hours of receipt of invoice, with submission to Business Office within that 24 hour window.
• Input inventory and service invoices
• Inventory to Business Office at the end of each
• Answer telephone inquiries from Members, guests, and staff in a courteous manner.
• Operate a range of office machines such as photocopiers, printers, computers, fax machines, POS, and calculators.
• Facilitate storage yard site sales and contracts. Maintain and update file that tracks leased sites. Maintain Gate PIN file for Storage Yard.
• Operate the POS and other sales equipment within company guidelines. Perform daily opening and closing tasks. Collect money, checks, and electronic payments from the customer and make correct change. Maintain the security of the cash drawer at all times.
• Assist with work schedules for Facility Department areas to include Storage Yard, Grounds, and Maintenance.
• Implement and maintain the Resort's asset management system ensuring proper preventative maintenance procedures are implemented as well as replacement scheduling for equipment, vehicles, and other assets
• Contact Maintenance Department personnel with Member needs.
• Works with Facilities Supervisor to organize daily activities for facilities staff and independently manages task assignment and completion when the supervisor is unavailable.

• Fill and assist propane customers

Requirements
Minimum of 18 years of age.
Must be a motivated self-starter.
Ability to lift 60 pounds.
Frequently required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
Must be able to work all shifts, weekends, holidays & special events as needed.
Hold a valid state driver's license and maintain a satisfactory driving record.
