Sales Coordinator
Job Description
The Sales Coordinator supports retail customers and the sales team by providing product guidance, managing project documentation, and ensuring smooth communication between internal and external stakeholders. This role blends customer service, administrative support, and sales coordination in a quiet, focused office environment.
Responsibilities
+ Assist retail customers with their projects by providing product knowledge, including helping with color selection and other product-related decisions.
+ Support the sales department with daily tasks such as managing emails, preparing drawings, and processing approvals.
+ Communicate clearly and professionally with internal and external customers to provide updates, answer questions, and resolve issues.
+ Create and maintain project documentation, including job information, approval forms, and invoice document requests as required.
+ Perform data entry, filing, and other clerical tasks to keep records accurate and organized.
+ Use Microsoft Office and Outlook to manage communications, documents, and basic reporting.
+ Provide general sales support to ensure projects move efficiently through each stage.
+ Complete other duties as assigned to support the team and overall business operations.
Essential Skills
+ Proficiency in data entry with strong attention to accuracy.
+ Clerical and administrative experience, including filing and document organization.
+ Ability to use Microsoft Office applications for everyday tasks.
+ Typing and general computer operation skills.
+ Experience using Outlook for email and calendar management.
+ Sales support experience or comfort working closely with a sales team.
+ Detail-oriented approach to handling documentation and customer information.
+ Self-motivated work style with the ability to stay focused and productive.
+ Basic computer skills sufficient to navigate office software and systems.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Rapid City, SD.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
