Roherri Agile Solutions is hiring a Front Desk/Data Entry Clerk to support daily administrative operations at Ellsworth Air Force Base. This is a full-time, on-site role requiring at least 2 years of data entry experience and strong customer service skills. • High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of data entry experience
• Must pass an exceptionally clean background check (required for base access)
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Business support experience preferred
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
• Familiarity with web-based applications
• Comfortable transferring and processing data accurately
• PC-savvy with a professional demeanor

• Greet visitors and handle incoming phone calls
• Schedule client appointments and meetings
• Enter and update data into internal systems
• Prepare, print, and fold documents for distribution
• Assist clients with basic PC use
• Generate monthly data entry reports
• Perform other administrative tasks as assigned
