Indian Motorcycle Sturgis is looking for an Entry-Level or Experienced Motorsports Technician to join our team. No tech school required —
we’ll train the right entry-level candidate and also welcome experienced technicians looking for a new home
.
- Service and repair motorcycles, ATVs, and side-by-sides.
- Perform maintenance, inspections, and warranty work.
- Learn and grow alongside factory-certified technicians.
- For experienced hires: jump right in and put your skills to work.
- Mechanical aptitude and eagerness to learn (for entry-level).
- Proven motorsports, motorcycle, or automotive tech experience (for experienced).
- Positive attitude and team-player mindset.
- Motorcycle endorsement (preferred).
- Paid, hands-on training instead of expensive school tuition.
