Commercial Concrete Foreman

Innovative Concrete, LLC's South Dakota division is looking for a strong Commercial Concrete Foreman to run our crews out in the field. We're looking for someone who leads by example, holds the job site to a high standard, and knows how to keep a project moving safely toward the finish line.

This role works hand in hand with the Superintendent and Project Manager. You'll be the link between the field and the office, keeping everyone updated on progress, catching problems before they turn into delays, and making sure the whole team stays on the same page from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate all activities of concrete laborers and finishers on job sites.
• Interpret blueprints and project specifications, assigning tasks accordingly.
• Promote and enforce safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
• Ensure high-quality work is completed on schedule and meets all specifications.
• Conduct regular inspections of work progress, materials and equipment.
• Collaborate with superintendent and project manager to report on progress and address issues.
• Maintain accurate records of workforce, daily activities, and timelines.
• Participate in planning and scheduling of concrete pours and finishing operations.
• Address and resolve any on-site issues or conflicts effectively.
