FEDERAL CONSTRUCTION SUPERINTENDENT
An established construction company is seeking a tenured, experienced Superintendent with a strong background in large-scale federal construction.
This is a long-term opportunity for a proven field leader who can oversee major federal construction projects and bring the experience, stability, and leadership needed to succeed.
Required Experience- Previous federal construction experience
- Experience managing federal projects valued at $30M+
- Airway/airfield paving experience is required
- Strong ground-up construction experience preferred
- Proven ability to lead large-scale federal projects
- Strong understanding of scheduling, quality control, safety, subcontractor coordination, and project execution
- Stable work history with a consistent track record of success
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to take ownership and operate independently in the field
The ideal candidate is a seasoned Superintendent who has successfully managed large federal construction projects and understands the unique requirements and standards associated with federal work.
