The Academy of Dance Arts is seeking an exceptional person to lead our Customer Service and Admin team. You’ll be the first point of contact for greeting members and responding speedily to all customer issues as one of our brand’s ambassadors. Your 5-star customer service will help to foster happy and loyal customer relationships in a great place to work, learn, and grow!

Estimated Hours Per Week: 40 hours, weekdays 12-8 pm, plus possible Saturday mornings 8am-noon. Competitive hourly wage, dependent on experience. Benefits grow with the length of service.

Tasks and Responsibilities:
  • Provide answers to family classroom questions, solutions to complaints, provide alternative solutions with time limits and bring strong follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Take the extra mile to generate seamless customer experiences.
  • You must be at least an 8 out of 10 when it comes to loving and understanding technology and people.
  • Work with other Admin Team members and Teaching Team members to create solutions and systems for seamless client experiences.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documentation.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
  • Answer phones and in-person questions with strong follow up and answers.
  • Fitting dance wear and shoes and handling point of sale transactions.
  • Calendar Meeting management.
  • Create and maintain an organized, clean and tidy work environment.
  • Mentorship and training of fellow A-Team members.
  • Manage and maintain email addresses and inquiries.
  • Add contacts to our database and nurturing software.
  • Manage flow of tasks using project management software.
  • Invoicing and Expense management.
Experience:

Experience with any of the following software is a plus, but not required:

  • Shopify
  • Vimeo
  • iOS
  • Lead Pages
  • Mailchimp

Key Requirements:

You must be a US Citizen, complete a satisfactory background investigation screening, have successfully completed 2 years of study beyond high school
-OR- have a combination of education and experience to satisfy the above-listed requirements. Must have strong organizational skills, reliable transportation, ability to multitask and prioritize under pressure due to client needs and organization deadlines.
