Black Hills Energy is seeking a customer contact center specialist in the Rapid City, SD area to provide accurate and professional customer service. Training may last up to six months with progression to an independent role and potential pay increases.
Starting pay is $19.25 per hour with the possibility to rise to $20.25 per hour after training; bilingual English/Spanish pay adds $1.00 per hour for qualified employees and commission opportunities may apply.
