Experience &

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet patients warmly and provide exceptional customer service
  • Schedule new and follow-up appointments efficiently
  • Coordinate patient treatment plans, insurance benefits, and payment options
  • Answer phones, respond to patient questions, and manage front office communication
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
  • Support daily operations and help ensure smooth patient flow
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by management.
Requirements
  • Previous dental, medical, or orthodontic front office experience preferred
  • Knowledge of dental insurance, scheduling systems, and treatment coordination preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Positive, patient-focused attitude and team-oriented mindset
