This is a full‑time Student Success Coordinator role located on‑site in Rapid City, SD. The Student Success Coordinator will support students' educational journey through mentoring, organizing student engagement programs, and fostering leadership development initiatives. Responsibilities include coordinating academic success resources, managing student activities, and collaborating with faculty and staff to provide comprehensive support for student growth and achievements.
Qualifications- Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships and collaborate effectively with students, faculty, and staff
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey ideas and support students
- Experience in education or student programming to enhance academic success strategies
- Ability to develop meaningful student engagement programs and foster inclusivity
- Experience with student leadership initiatives and promoting student development
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field required;
Master’s degree preferred - Familiarity with student support services, advising, or campus programming is an asset
