We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr Regional Engineering Manager to oversee our operations in South Dakota, USA. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all engineering projects in the region, ensuring timely and cost-effective completion while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee all engineering projects within the region, from conception to completion.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including budget and timeline management.
  • Lead a team of Project Engineers and Engineers within other engineering disciplines including Reliability, Automation, and Strategic.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient and effective project execution.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Provide technical expertise and support to project teams.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Prepare and present project updates and reports to senior management.
  • Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in engineering project management.
  • Strong leadership skills and experience managing a team.
  • Excellent project management skills, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Extensive knowledge of engineering principles, techniques, and standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to travel to project sites as needed.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards.
  • Experience in the construction industry is preferred.
