Spencer Ogden is seeking an experienced Instrumentation & Controls Engineer for a brownfield RICE power generation project in Lubbock, TX and Rapid City, SD. You will lead installation, commissioning, startup, and plant turnover activities, coordinating with mechanical, electrical, construction, and operations teams.
Responsibilities include loop checks, I/O checkout, control logic testing, FAT/SAT, and system validation for DCS, PLCs, HMIs, and SCADA.
