Director of Financial Planning and Analysis; Omnichannel

Our client is a Los Angeles based apparel brand with a DTC/eCommerce and retail business plus a wholesale channel. This role reports to the SVP of Finance and works closely with the CEO, leading planning, budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis across the company.

What you will do:

• Lead annual budgeting, long range planning and recurring forecasting
• Build and maintain integrated models connecting revenue, gross margin, opex, inventory, capex and cash flow
• Act as the finance partner to leaders across eCommerce, retail, marketing, merchandising, planning, sales and operations
• Own financial planning for the DTC/eCommerce and retail channels, including traffic, conversion, AOV, CAC, returns, promo effectiveness and channel profitability
• Support store level planning: sales productivity, four wall profitability, labor, occupancy, UPT and ATV
• Model new stores, relocations and remodels, then run post investment analysis
• Lead monthly and quarterly reporting to the executive team, including variance analysis and KPI dashboards
• Improve FP&A processes, tools and automation, and manage a growing team

What they are looking for:

• 8 to 12 years in FP&A or corporate finance
• Consumer facing brand experience required, apparel, fashion, retail, beauty or footwear preferred
• Real experience supporting both DTC/eCommerce and physical retail
• Strong command of retail and eCommerce economics and operating metrics
• Advanced Excel plus experience with FP&A, BI and ERP systems
• Bachelor's in finance, accounting, economics or business, MBA a plus
