Greet patients, verify demographics, and complete registration tasks including creating, scanning, and routing documents;
Collect co-payments, pre-payments, and payments on account balances;
Coordinate and schedule appointments with nursing team and providers; obtain referrals and pre-authorization;
Operate multi-line phone and manage recall and waitlists; serve as switchboard operator;
Prepare and coordinate charts and supporting provider documents; assist with telemedicine appointments
