What You’ll Do

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services within an assisted living community
• Evaluate, treat, and progress residents toward functional goals
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team
• Build lasting relationships with residents and staff
• Promote wellness, mobility, and independence

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Current or eligible South Dakota PT license
• Passion for working with the geriatric population
• Strong communication and clinical skills
