Overview

Trusted Medical, PLLC is the clinical care delivery affiliate of Edera. We specialize in serving Veterans by reducing wait times for disability screens and separation health assessments required by the Veterans Affairs (VA) to receive benefits. Help serve those who have served us by joining our growing team. Trusted Medical holds multiple government contracts nationwide, allowing our providers to participate in occupational health services such as pre-employment screenings, fitness-for-duty evaluations, and other health assessments for government agencies.

Location:

United States, South Dakota, Rapid City

$2,500 Sign-on Bonus with 1-year commitment.

• Complete and submit all required documentation expeditiously and accurately, including Disability Benefits Questionnaires (DBQs) in the required format for VA eligibility determination.
• Conduct face-to-face, in-clinic assessments/evaluations with Veterans to evaluate and document clinical findings (e.g., range of motion testing, crepitus documentation).
• Prepare for and deliver exceptional Veteran care during all interactions.
• Provide delivery and operational excellence by performing exceptional customer service, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, embracing change with agility, and maintaining accountability for commitments.
• Apply clinical skills to data gathering and analysis, with an emphasis on relationship development and growth, applying knowledge in specialized areas.

• Master s degree (Required)
• Family or Adult Certification (Required)
• Active Nurse Practitioner License in state of employment
• Nurse Practitioner: 1 year in primary care/internal medicine/occupational medicine (Preferred)
• Experience with providing care for the Veteran population or with VA/federal health organizations is preferred

• Experienced in one or more major Electronic Health Records
• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams)

• Knowledge of family practice or internal medicine skills (e.g., musculoskeletal assessment ~70% of exams, general neuro exam)
• Ability to work independently and initiate/follow through on tasks
• Reliable, professional work ethic with promptness
• Strong problem-solving, relationship-building, and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment and meet deadlines

• Current BLS Certification required
• Immunizations: TB screening (within 1 year), Hep B titers (within 1 year)
• Immunizations Strongly Recommended: COVID vaccination & boosters, MMR titers (within 1 year), Varicella titers (within 1 year), TDAP (within 10 years), Flu (current season)
