• Types of Patients:
  Heavy trauma population - Falls, MVAs, GSW, Stabbings, etc
• Will scan throughout various areas - Inpatient/ED/Outpatient, will do higher level scans such as Angiograms, etc.
• Scans per Day: ED - 60-70 per 24 hrs | Inpatient - Varies | Outpatient - Approx. 50/day
• Equipment Types:
  Siemens only - 4 Scanners within the department
• Required
  
  Certifications:
  
  BLS, ARRT-CT
• Education Requirements:
  
  Must graduate from a Radiology Program that will allow them to sit for ARRT(R) (CT) American Registry of Radiologic Technologists certification with advanced certification in Cat Scan
• No State licensure is required
• Skills:
  
  CTA (preferred)
• Charting System: EPIC (preferred)
• Floating:
  None
• Support within the Department:
  There is always another CT Tech on with you 24/7
• Scheduling:
  Varied schedule discussed during interview with Leadership;
  Primarily work night shifts
