Patient Ratios:
OR 1:1
Pre-Op 1:2
PACU Phase I - 1:1 or 1:2, based on acuity
PACU Phase II - 1:2-3

Education Required:

Associate degree in healthcare related field, or graduate from accredited surgical tech program (not required if nationally certified).

Skills Required:

2 years of experience with mentioned case types.
Davinci XI and Craniotomy experience is required for Trauma.

Surgery RN/First Assist/Surgical Tech
Nurse Clinician
Clinical Research Nurse
Service Line Lead

Charting System/Equipment:
EPIC

Floating:
Possibility of floating to Central Sterile Processing, as needed.
Traveler float first.

Scheduling:
Weekend rotation required.
Call needs will be discussed during the interview.

Holiday Expectations:
Expectations for 2 out of 4 major holidays.

Approval of time off requires reaching out to management for approval.
May volunteer for low census without pay.
