Must-Have:
- Critical Care experience
- General respiratory care experience

Description:

This position involves working in a busy and fast-paced department.
The facility has 260-280 beds with a daily census of 250-260 patients.
The role requires the ability to provide highly progressive and acute respiratory care.
Patient types include adult critical care, pediatric critical care, neonatal critical care, and general inpatient respiratory care.
The candidate must be prepared to care for NICU patients if required.
Critical care experience is essential, as well as proficiency with general respiratory care techniques.
The supports on the unit include Charge RT, Respiratory Clinical Specialist, Supervisors, Manager, and Director available 24/7.
The charting system utilized is EPIC.
Familiarity with various ventilators and respiratory equipment is necessary.
The role involves rotating weekend shifts every other weekend.
There may be on-call responsibilities that depend on job requisition.
The employee should be prepared to work on holidays that fall within contract dates.
Approval for time off up to 7 days is permitted but must extend the contract for a full week off.
