We are seeking a motivated Human Resources Intern to join our team for a 3-month, in-office internship. This role is designed for someone eager to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment and is open to both full-time and part-time schedules.

In this position, you will work closely with the Human Resources Manager to support and learn about the full employee life cycle. You will be an active participant in our core people processes, gaining a comprehensive look at how we support our team.

What You'll Do

  • Recruiting: Assist with job postings, screen resumes, and coordinate interview schedules to help us find top talent.
  • Onboarding: Help welcome our new hires! Manage onboarding checklists and ensure a seamless Day 1 experience.

  • Benefits Administration: Support the HR Manager in benefits enrollment, answering basic employee inquiries, and maintaining provider records.

  • Employee Relations: Learn how to foster a positive workplace culture and assist in managing internal communications and engagement initiatives.

  • Personnel Management: Maintain our HRIS (Human Resources Information System) to ensure employee data and digital files are accurate and compliant.

  • Offboarding: Assist with the exit process, including equipment retrieval, final documentation, and conducting exit surveys.

  • And More! You'll jump in on special projects ranging from compensation benchmarking to updating our internal employee handbook.

What We're Looking For

  • Currently enrolled in a Human Resources, Business Administration, or similar university program.

  • Professional and clear communication with team members at all levels.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with maturity.

  • High attention to detail and effective multi-tasking.

  • A proactive, "hands-on" interest in learning modern HR operations.

  • Ability to manage deadlines and schedules within an in-office environment.
