We are looking for a Specialist who works closely with IT teams, and external stakeholders to lead the development of a comprehensive data architecture. This includes creating interface registries, control documents, and governance plans, while ensuring optimal integration, security, and traceability across all Medicaid-related systems. Your technical know-how, combined with your ability to manage multiple projects and translate business needs into data solutions, will be critical to the program’s success.

• Develop conceptual, logical, and physical data models using tools such as ERwin or ER/Studio

• Maintain data catalogs and enable data lineage tracking for transparency and auditability.
• Apply data governance frameworks to ensure data quality, access controls, and compliance.
• Create interface documentation and collaborate on user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) specifications.
• Troubleshoot integration and interface performance issues across distributed systems.
• Apply industry best practices in software interface design

• Communicate effectively across technical and non-technical audiences to ensure aligned project delivery.

• Min of9+ years of experience is required in IT industry
• Strong experience with Medicaid, public health, or large-scale government data systems

• Familiarity with control systems software and interface design principles.
• Hands‑on experience with data governance frameworks

• Proficiency with tools such as MS Teams, Excel, Share Point , and modeling platforms.
• Strong communication, analytical, and documentation skills.

• Professional certifications such as CDMP, CBIP, or related control system credentials

• Practical experience with Medicaid IT systems or MMIS.
• Familiarity with federal CMS data governance expectations

• Working knowledge of security and compliance frameworks (e.g., HIPAA, NIST).
