- Actively participate in SAP implementation and rollout projects as well as support and maintenance projects.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver Business Blueprint sessions, documentation, configuration, functional specifications, and unit/integration test scripts aligned with business requirements.
- Work closely with Developers to create Functional Specifications and test forms, reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, and workflows.
- Develop Key User Training Documentation to empower users and ensure effective system adoption.
- Ensure quality deliverables within designated project timelines.
- Provide integration support for other SAP modules and external software.
- Assist with helpdesk ticket resolution to support end-users.
