TEKsystems is seeking an IT Analyst - Facility Support Technician in Rapid City, SD to be the primary on-site tech resource for engineering and business teams. You’ll maintain IT services, support workstations, and enable emerging tech such as VR/AR/MR while coordinating with enterprise IT and vendors.
You’ll troubleshoot devices, manage assets, support collaboration tools, and help secure and stabilize the technology environment for hybrid collaboration and critical meetings.
