Role Overview
The Enterprise Applications Analyst is responsible for analyzing, designing, testing, implementing, and maintaining software applications and systems critical to the operation of the credit union. This role will work closely with business stakeholders, IT personnel, and vendors to ensure the efficient and effective use of technology to meet the needs of the credit union.
What You Will DoPerform recurring daily administrative functions of Jack Henry's products and services, monitor and maintain application availability, performance, and security, and participate in testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of applications.

Requirements- Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science, or Information Systems
- 0-4 years of experience administering software applications
- Experience with financial related systems preferred
- Strong critical thinking skills
- Experience with application development methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall
